World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade
Item upgrades allow players to raise the item level of armor and weapons that can be equipped. This increases the effectiveness of the equipment, in addition to sometimes adding buffs or rerolling an affix.
It is important to keep in mind that upgrading magic and common gear isn't always worth the cost. Rare and exclusive gear will quickly outclass modernized magic and common equipment.
Cost
If a player wants to upgrade an item, they must spend Gold to upgrade the item. The cost of upgrading an item depends on its current level as well as the upgrade type chosen. For example upgrading a weapon will generally be less expensive than upgrading armor because weapons require lower levels of skill. The amount of Gold required to upgrade an item increases when the item is upgraded to an upper level.
A newly upgraded item will also have improved stats, which can improve its performance in many ways. This could include boosting its attack strength or critical strike chance. An upgraded item may also provide additional buffs to the unit it is equipped with. These upgrades can be used to increase the overall power of a group or individual unit, and can significantly impact the gameplay.
Items can be upgraded by any NPC that is an upgrader in the game. These NPCs are located in major questing areas or capital cities. Players can also locate item upgraders by visiting dungeons with high-level bosses, or by talking to the NPCs in their faction's garrisons.
The World of Warcraft item upgrade system allows players to upgrade the level of weapons, armor and trinkets. The process is similar to the process used for gear reforging in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor, but instead of using the currency appropriate to the task players need to visit an NPC for upgrading items to complete the process.

Requirements

It is important to keep in mind that the item rerolled does not retain its original level or any of its wasted resources.
Rerolling some upgraded items is only possible if the item was upgraded was Epic Rare, Rare, or Unique. Extraordinary items can also be rerolled, but the original stats are replaced with a flat-rate bonus. Rerolling a Rare item will result in a Normal version of the same kind, while rerolling an Epic item will result in an Elite version of the same kind.
A newly upgraded item could include additional modifiers that could further boost its stats and improve its performance. These additional modifiers don't come with the upgrade price. You can purchase them at the Trading Post, or through other players. They can be earned through fulfilling specific missions in the game.
To upgrade an item of equipment, you need to visit the NPC [Armorto upgrade an item, visit the NPC [Armor] Boboko in Central Flarine. You will need Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 are dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 can be found from Bosses). You will also need various amounts of Minerals and Erons.
Time is a major factor.
Items upgrades can be used to increase the performance of your ship and gear without the need to upgrade them. By selecting the item and pressing the green button that has an arrow for rerolling the player can reroll it into another upgradeable item.
